Rubik Hub Powers “The Journey of a Startup” within the Entrepreneurship Track at Codecamp Suceava

On October 20, the Rubik Hub team will be traveling to Suceava where we will be hosting the Entrepreneurship Track at Codecamp, one of the most influential Tech conferences in Romania. Join us for a full day of exciting talks and interactive sessions, designed by Rubik Hub with the aim to boost the entrepreneurship education and the regional entrepreneurial community.

Given that the Rubik Hub’s mission is to connect, educate and support the community to think bigger in order to build successful startups, this season’s Entrepreneurship track will focus on “the journey of a startup – what, how, what & why”. Considering each startup journey has its own particularities, we aim to talk about the main stages successful startups are going through, to make sure you don’t overlook any startup development milestone.

We’ll be there to answer all of your burning questions related to turning ideas into reality and transforming visions into successful startups. Going from zero to hero in entrepreneurship is easier said than done. However, the right definitions put in the right context will help get you the answers you’re looking for. Here’s what will happen at the Entrepreneurship Track.

Introducing “The Journey of a Startup”, powered by Rubik Hub

We, at Rubik, have been trying to create a safe community for people with great ideas, wanna-be entrepreneurs, and successful founders for more than 2 years. We’ve learned a lot in the process and we’re still learning because we believe in having a growth mindset that we want to share with others. So, they say a journey of a thousands miles begins with a single step. Take your first with Rubik Hub!

“The Journey of a Startup” concept will be divided into 4 main slots, meaning that you can attend the one that interests you the most. For this edition we’ve put together a unique concept meant to reveal all the steps involved in building a startup from the ground up. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been in business for quite some time (but you’re stuck in a rut), this year’s Entrepreneurship Track will get you on the right track.

#1 What

What do you need to do to transform an idea into a viable business? Dreaming about a million dollar enterprise doesn’t do any good if your dream is not aligned with your idea, values, vision and mission. During this session, we’ll talk about testing, validation, making mistakes and learning from them in order to have viable success chances in entrepreneurship.

#2 Who

Who’s your ideal customer? During this slot we’ll talk about buyer personas and customer development. Before you can transform an idea into a business, you need to make sure that there’s an audience for your MVP; and that MVP solves an actual pain point. The more you focus on understanding your ideal customer’s pains and gains, the better chances you have to improve your product/service.

#3 Why

Why did you choose to become an entrepreneur? Behind your decision to join the startup world, there has to be a story. And we want to know all about it! Join us for this “Why” session to find out valuable insights about the motivation behind some of our speakers who took that leap of faith in entrepreneurship, too.

#3 How

How do you do business, and how important it is to have a strong, devoted team by your side? Whether you like it or not, there’s no “I” in startup; there’s only ‘we”. During this session we’ll cover all things related to the importance of gathering reliable people on your team to help with product development and defining your MVP.

Are you ready to GROW? It’s time to rethink your business model and jump on a memorable startup journey to get your questions answered. Powered by Rubik Hub, the Entrepreneurship Track within Codecamp Suceava will teach you everything you need to know about successfully accelerating your business.
