Elisabeta’s professional experience in Human Resources area and her educational aspirations fulfilled with a PhD guided her to “give before you get” philosophy and to a new purpose. As a Rubik Hub Team member, her focus is to inspire a continuous development mindset and an ethos of mentorship and support, devoting creativity, time and passion in helping the startup community.
